75 Years of Jack in the Box

After 75 years, we already knew that Jack Box is a cultural icon.
But in 2026, are you really an icon if you don’t have a documentary?

In 2026, Jack in the Box celebrated it’s 75th anniversary. To honor their history and their devoted fans, we were tasked with planning out a year-long victory lap of their greatest hits, starting by rebooting some of their most well-known TV spots and giving them a new twist. So we treated every film like a piece of a retrospective docu-series.

For the launch, we dug up Jack’s rock star past and treated every spot and social post like segments from a larger docu-series about Jack Box. (Note: the documentary title sequence built specifically for social was left on the cutting room floor but remains burned into my brain.)

We followed up with a challenge to Jack’s competitors, with a throwback to a fan-favorite from 2009.
